Power BI Scheduled Refresh Failing

Hello All,

I have Configured Scheduled refresh for my Power BI reports.

My datasets pointing to the Azure SQL DB. There is no gateway.

I have published same report on 2 different workspace pointing to different Azure SQL DB.

One of the workspace's Refresh working successfully.

I have configured the Refresh 2 times in a day.

Refreshes are working fine for Morning at 7 am.

But refresh is failing for one of the workspace's report which is scheduled at evening 7pm.

It is showing following error always:

It is observed that refresh is failing infrequently, there no issue with creds and connection beacuse it is working fine for one refresh.

Can anyone please help me out of this issue.

Hi @LalitaS, 

After you receive the refresh failure email, please go to Power BI service, refresh the dataset manually via refresh Now to check if the same issue occurs. 

Please check if there are many datasets scheduled to refresh at 7:00 PM. If it is, please schedule another time for this dataset eg: 8:00 PM to see if the same issue occurs.

There is no issue when we do manual refresh.

Also there are no scheduled refresh at the same time.
