Power BI Report Server Filter Ribbon Width

I am unable to adjust the width of the Filter pane on the right-hand side of the page when viewing a Power BI Report on a Jan 2020 Power BI Report Server using Internet Explorer 11.592.18362.0 as my browser.  Works in Chrome.

Report server web portal and viewer support IE11 according to the doc. Which error message pops up when you use IE11?

No error message is presented.  The double arrow cursor icon is displayed when I hover over the edge of the Filter pane, but nothing happens when I click and attempt to drag it left or right.
