Power BI Publish Report either via Web or Desktop errors

When I try and publish my Power BI Desktop File via the Desktop I receive the following unhelpful message:

An error occurred while attempting to publish "File Name". The underlying connection was closed: A connection that was expected to be kept alive was closed by the server.

On the Web version, this error message came up:

Failed to publish Power BI Desktop file

Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details.

Please test again on your side. If the same issue occurs, please test with other pbix files to see if it's related to the specific file.
