Power BI Pro Licensing issue

I have assigned Power BI Pro license from organization under my O365 account.

Power BI PRO License.pngHowever, when I get into Power BI service, I am still in Free User mode, not PRO User mode.

Is there anything else that my IT department from my organization / me  need to do?

Cany one help?

I can not reproduce the issue. Try Ctrl+F5 to refresh the cache.

Do i need to cancel my Free license , in order to use Pro? @v-chuncz-msft

Solved with help of Microsoft customer support. The reason is the PRO license is expried.  After reactivated it , it 's working fine. 

The improvement we can do here is to indicate the license status in O365 account, otherwise it is hard to see what happened here.
