Power BI Power Automate Visual Doesn't load

The power automate visual for PowerBi does not load. The loader keeps spinning. Is this feature supported under the 

Power Automate US Government Plan?

I also have been having this same issue and have been frustrated at the lack of finding a solution. Most responses to people having this issue are to update their BI desktop version. I am currently running the July 2022 version. I am trying to setup a power automate button, but all it does is spin in a circle when I try to edit it. As a test I am working with a table that has exactly one value.

I'm having the same issue on both the desktop and online versions.  Is no one with knowledge on this, either confirming that microsoft is working on it or, that there is a fix or workaround.

Doesn't work on both Desktop & in service. After clicking edit, we get a blank dialog box which doesn't load. Any update or workaround for this?
