Power BI Online Left Hand Navigation missing for Pro User

Not sure what the deal is with this user... they are a pro and this is all that they can see unless the have a direct link to a report we have shared. So, not sure how they are supposed to navigate anywhere. Also, the name doesn't automatically show up when you start typing it to share like our other accounts. This account appears to be the same as others in O365 Manage users except fot the little Globe Icon next to it as shown in my second screenshot.

Hi @dataitch,

 

This is quite weird. Please check these items below.

1. This user has a free and a Pro licence. Please try to remove the free licence.

2. What will happen if this user login from the home page of Power BI: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/.

3. How about using another browser?

4. Can this user click the "Power BI" in the top left?

5. Is this user in the same domain with others?

Thanks, Vicky. Here are some replies to your suggestions:

 

1. Removed the Free license - still no change.

2. This is where they have been logging in from.

3. I have tried Edge, Chrome, and Firefox - same result.

4. Nothing happens when the top left "Power BI" is clicked.

5. Yes, same domain.

Thanks, Dale. Yes, our initial ticket was closed without resolution (7020070), but I opened a new one yesterday (7100220).
