Power BI Gateway Refresh 10GB Limit Failure

We are loading a dataset that is no larger than 3GB and am able to refresh it and publish from desktop just fine. When the scheduled refresh runs or when we manually kick it off in the Gateway service I get the error below. This error just started this week. The same exact dataset used to refresh  through the gateway service just fine in the past. We actually have larger datasets running just fine on the gateway service.

The amount of uncompressed data on the gateway client has exceeded the limit of 10 GB for a single table. Please consider reducing the use of highly repetitive strings values through normalized keys, removing unused columns, or upgrading to Power BI Premium.
Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details.

Hi @Anonymous,

As the error message mentioned, you need to reduce the data of the dataset or place the dataset in a premium workspace then do refresh. See: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/refresh-troubleshooting-refresh-scenarios#uncompressed-data-limits-for-refresh

Best Regards,
