Power BI Gateway Error : WABI-SOUTH-EAST-ASIA-redirect.analysis.windows.net

We have scheduled an hourly refresh for a dataset using PowerBI Gateway and suddenly we have the following errors and we are unable to refresh the dataset ever since. We are able to refresh it locally using the PowerBI desktop but we are unable to refresh the data using the Power BI Gateway. Here's the error. Any idea on this error ?

Try to update the Data source Credentials under manage gateways,

and also try to update the Data source Credentials under Dataset setting->Data source credential too.

I have tried to re-enter the username and password in the Gateway DB connection settings and it throws the same error. 

I am unable to change the Data source Credentials under Dataset setting->Data source credential

First, please upgrade the gateway to the latest version.

Second, you may check the different privacy level settings in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service. Make sure you have the same privacy level security.

If still have the problem, please export the gateway log to see what is the error message in it:
