Power BI Desktop not launching on surface pro 6

I installed Power BI Desktop on Surface Pro 6 via Microsoft store.  After installation, program tries to launch but then it disappears.

Please check if there is any anti-virus software blocks the process. 

Also you can use process monitor tool to find which process has the issue: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/procmon
