Power BI Desktop ignoring local number format regional settings (Finnish)

Since February 2018 update Power BI Desktop has ignored local Finnish regional number formats (decimal and thousand separators) in visuals. Values are shown with US separators. 

In query editor they are working as expected. Are other nationalities having the same problem?

The issue has been reported before internally: CRI 60379818. The fix will be released on May or Jun desktop version.
