Power BI Desktop freezes on "Working on it" message

Issue below.

1. Create new measure.
2. Don’t press enter when done entering measure, instead go to Modeling->Formatting and make change (i.e. number of decimal places).
3. Click on white area of report to exit setting format.
4. “Working on it” popup occurs and program is froze. 
5. Task manager used to kill program, changes since last save/auto save lost.

I tested on my side but I was not able to reproduce the issue. Please update your Power BI desktop to the latest version 2.70.5494.562 then test again. Please run 64 bit if possible.

I am running the latest code now and can cause the same freeze.  I figured out another breadcrumb.  If it is a PBIX with a dataset, I can not cause this freeze because everything is greyed out for formatting until pressing enter on measure.  But, if I am working in a PBIX that is connected to a dataset PBIX, I can change the values and cause the freeze.  Video link below of scenario.
