Power BI Desktop - Text not rendering correct on interface

As from the October update, Power BI Desktop doesn't render text correctly in some intances. It happens mostly when connected to an external display with my laptop. Other clients have mine have had the same issue, again when connected with an external display. Some times it doens't render the Reports area, and most of the time the text is fuzzy on the side filter/visuals and fields options

Please enable Let Windows fix apps that are blurry option then test again. See: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/desktop-get-the-desktop#power-bi-desktop-loads-with-a-partial-screen

Let Windows fix blurry apps, is activated and has been for a while, text is still blurry.

Please check your Windows display settings according to this document: 

• Display: At least 1440x900 or 1600x900 (16:9) recommended. Lower resolutions such as 1024x768 or 1280x800 are not recommended, as certain controls (such as closing the startup screen) display beyond those resolutions.
• Windows Display settings: If your display settings are set to change the size of text, apps, and other items to more than 100%, you may not be able to see certain dialogs that must be closed or responded to in order to proceed using Power BI Desktop. If you encounter this issue, check your Display settings by going to Settings > System > Display in Windows, and use the slider to return display settings to 100%.

Hi,

I'm running my external display on 1920x1200, I have clients on Dell Ultra Wide monitiors, with the screen display setttings at 125% and 150% that have the issue, with a resolution of 3440 x 1440. I have tested it using an older version of Power BI (May Update) and the issue doesn't happen. Since the October update - blurry
