Power BI Data Refresh failing ocassionally

We have a Power BI Report to view data loaded into SQL Server table. SQL Job loads the data into table at 8.30 AM PST. Ocassionally, we are not able to see the data at 8.30 AM PST. We are not able to reproduce the issue on a daily basis. We've scheduled the Power BI report four times a day. But, at 8.30 AM PST, we face this problem. Most of the time, refershes work fine. Could you please help us in resolving this issue.

Does the dataset refresh fail or new data not display in the report? 

If it's the former, please share the detail error message with us. Otherwise, please check if the SQL job is executed successfully and new data does insert into the table in SSMS. 

I would suggest you set schedule refresh later than 8.30 AM PST, eg: 9:00 AM PST, check if the same issue occurs.

Kindly checked your SQL job history whether the job is executed successfully or not. If success then check SQL job execution duration time. This job execution duraion time must be less then your schedule refresh time. 

My advice to you first find out average time of your SQL job execution. Accordinlgy set power bi dataset refresh time.
