I've tried using all these links:

I originally thought it was an issue with the bookmarked link, but after trying the other links I'm getting the same issue.
But eventually when I go to the sign in page I get a blank white page that has the power bi logo and a microsoft logo. This is only affecting some of the users on our network. For some people it works just fine.
I have restarted and updated chrome. I have also tried in internet explorer which leads to a blank page as well. I have also shut down my machine and restarted it to see if that would help.
Any ideas how to get this fixed? Is this an issue on power bi's end? It was working fine a few days ago.

As far as I know, seems like it does not a bug in Power BI Service, looks like a temporary issue which only happens on some of your users.
Perhaps you can try to clear the browser caches, restart the device to check it again.

Also, you can try to use the inprivate mode of different broswers to check it.
