Power BI ArcGIS Join Layers Window Open while interacting with Slicer

The ArcGIS Maps for Power BI visual in Power Bi (Version: 2.109.642.0 64-bit (September 2022) does not update with  the slicer, unless the Join dialogue box is open in the map.  For this situation, this looks like a bug, but ESRI Canada says this is a design feature from ESRI.  Any suggestions?

The map below does not update like the charts when Assean Lake is selected in the slicer.

Below, when the Join Layer dialog is open in the map, the map updates along with the charts with the slicer selection, but the map display is covered by the Join Layer dialogue.  Not useful in this case.

Ideally, the Join dialogue should be modified with the option to be minimized off the map display for cases such as this.  Anyone else agree?

Hi @mbmhbms ,

Sorry, as this is a design problem, there is no better solution for now.

If you would like to suggest  feature improvements, you may  vote the idea and comment here  to improve this feature. It is a place for customers provide feedback about Microsoft Office products . What’s more, if a feedback is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.
