Power BI App does not open without refreshing browser first (Chrome)

On Power BI Service, I click Apps on the left menu, then try and open one.  Nothing happens.  If I refresh my browser, then try again, it works.

I test with the Chrome browser version 80.0.3987.122 (Official Build) (64-bit) but not able to reproduce the issue. Please update your browser to the same version as ours then test again.
