Hi,
According to the documentation calling this API on a dataset that has a datasource that doesn't have a gateway bound to it should result in the gatewayid being blank. However I am finding that an ID is always populated even if a gateway isn't being used?

Generally speaking, if you do not bind the gateway to the dataset, you will not have a record of the gateway when you check the information of the dataset.
