Power Apps App, Couldn't load the model schema associated with this report

Hi we have been getting this message 'Cannot load model.' for over a week on Power BI Sesrvice.

It was working fine prior to that (both on PBI Desktop and sevice), however now it works only on PBI Desktop

Please advise on what need to be done.

I have made a test but couldn't reproduce this issue. Could you please clarify more details about the data source and connection mode?

Data Source: Entity from CDS

Connection: Direct Query

Authentication method: using Microsoft Account

PS: Raised a support ticket with Microsoft, it has been escalated to the Product team.
