PostGressSQL database

I am trying to connect to 'PGAdmin database' as a data source to PowerBI, and I get this message. I just wonder whether it is possible to connect to PGAdmin database, and whether PostGressSQL is the same as PGAdmin, and probably that is why I get the error message? Is there any workaround? Please Advise.
