Position y-axis to the right not working properly in PBI Desktop or Service

Since last update of PBI 2.51.4885.543 64-bit (oktober 2017) and the last PBI Service Update the charts does not align the y-axis correctly. 

Needs to be fixed ASAP! lots of report deplyoed with these settings that no longer render properly

I can repro the same issue as you. I’ve reported it internally to Power BI Team: CRI 49078733
I’ll post here once I get any update about it.

It is my sad duty to report that this issue still exists in the November 2017 release of Power BI Desktop.
