Pin Live page - Report doesnt load in landscape mode -iOS

Issue description: I have report buit which has the graphs. When I pin this report as live page to a dashboard, the report is visible in the Dashboard in Portrait mode in iOS (Report is smaller and is visible as kind of tile).

When I click on it in portrait mode, it switches to landscape mode and then nothing happens and no graphs are loaded.

Can someone help me with this issue?

Hi

Which IOS device did you use? Based on my test in IPhone 6s version 9.2(13C75) with Power BI app 12.0 version, when we click the tile (generated from Pin live page) in portrait mode and enter into the report in landscape mode, the report can also display.

In your scenario, which data source did you use to get data for the report? How did you create charts in the report? Please try to pin another report page use “Pin live page” option to a dashboard then test in IOS to see if the same issue occurs.
