Hi;
I am using PBIRS - May 2019 update. 
Pie Charts not showing in internet Explorer, but other visuals showing.

Does the report get data in Import or DirectQuery mode? Does the pie chart display fine when you view other reports in IE 11 browser? 

I tested with the latest Power BI report server version 15.0.1102.371 , and view the report (import data from SQL database) contains pie charts in IE 11 browser, the pie charts display fine. 

Please restart the Power BI report server service then test again. If issue still occurs, please update the IE browser to the same version as ours if possible. Also please run the same report with other different browsers, eg: Edge and Chrome.

Hi @v-qiuyu-msft 

My problem is solved when I remove cache files from internet explorer.
 

I think this is not the solution. Because emerges after each update. And it is impossible to apply in every client computer.

Hi @Anonymous, 

Have you tried restarting the Power BI report server service? 

If the issue still occurs for your clients after restarting Power BI report server, please create a support ticket to get dedicated help.
