Phased Embedding API load issue

Hi, we are using the sequence load, loaded, render as described in Phased-Embedding-API in our production environment

Since some week ago we experience that approx 1 of 10 times, load never fires the loaded event, 9 of 10 times all works as expected.

Currently we use JavaScript API 2.7.1 but same issue is reproduced with latest, 2.10.2

Same setup has run for several months without any issues
