Paginated Reports App Workspaces

Looks like users of paginated reports in App Workspaces require access to the source workspace. Is this correct or am I missing something?

If you share the paginated report to other users in shared capacity, the users need Pro or Premium license to access the paginated report . If the paginated report is in Premium capacity , free users can access the reports without any licenses .

Hi, 

Users are able to run the  paginated reports in a workspace as well as in the App. However, once user access is removed from workspace (they still have access to the app) the paginated report will not run giving the below error.
