Page has stopped updating automatically

To demonstrate my problem with data visualization, I made a dashboard with the page and a tile with the same values from the same font, updated and then just the tile is updating, the page needs to enter de report and click update button or refresh the page. as you can see on images below:

on the top is the page and on the bottom only the tile from the page

1- before data uptade

2- after data update

3 - after page refresh

I need them updating automatically again on my TVs, help me please!

I read the post and the other inside, but my problem does not is with the full screen update (I have another problem with this, which is that I can no longer model my dashboards with full screen mode, which was a feature I loved), My problem is updating a page of a report in a panel. The tiles update, but as I take a page of tiles and pin it to the dashboard they don't change after the dataset update as with tiles.
