PPU - Couldn't load the data for this visual

Hello, 

We have a visual connected to a dataset in a premium workspace.  I have users with PPU licenses who are receiving an error when trying to view the visuals connected to the dataset in the premium workspace.  

The report name is Key Phrases and is connected to the dataset called CompositeRevinateOperaTextAnalytics in the workspace called Premium Datasets. 

All PPU license holders have direct access with Read permissions to the premium dataset.  

The only users who can view the visuals in the Key Phrases reort have Admin (Owner) permissions of the premium dataset.  The other PPU license holders have Read permissions of the premium dataset.  

The audience for this report includes C-suite executives so we would like to get this resolved as soon as possible.

I tried the latest version to publish the report and all seem to be working fine.
