POWER BI TABLES/DATA PANEL: INCORRECT DATE FILTER BEHAVIOUR

I have detected that when you filter a date column in the Tables/data panel on Power BI Desktop ( JUNE 2022 RELEASE) using a "Between" filter it is using the "is on or after" logic incorrectly.

when you select "between" filter for a date column, on the next screen it will ask you for the start and end dates.
if you select the start date with an "on or after" option, the start date is in fact not included in the result set.

please fix, as this is not something evident, specially when managing lots of rows and causes confusion if you enter the data panel to debug a measure for example.
