PDF export error

When I try to export the visual as PDF, it's not bringing the segmentation filters.

I select the "Actual Exibition" but the filters are not mantained.

How can it be solved?

@RenanFranca ,

You use export to PDF feature in Power BI Service, and choose "Current Value" when exporting, right? If so, I am unable to reproduce this issue from my end, you can check my screenshots below. I am using this Power BI Service version(13.0.8885.144), what is your Power BI Service version? Could you please share your PBIX file through Private Message? I would test it on my side.

Hello Lydia.

Sorry for my question, I tryied to send you the pbix file, but how can I attach a file on a private message? I have option just to attach images and movies (not files).

The error just happen on the online version.

The error is not happening on the desktop version.

Follow bellow my screenshots with the error.

First I select a filter:

Also having the same issue.  My report is published to a shared workspace (SharePoint).  Users access the report using a URL with query string that filters the report to specific subset of data.  The report is filtered on the screen, but when it's exported to PDF, is shows all the underlying data.

If I expose the same filter (from the query string) in the published report, the filter then shows up twice in the filter pane.  The bottom filter respects the query string, the top filter is blank, but the only available option is the one provided in the query string.  My temporary solution is to expose the filter in all my reports and instruct my users to click the filter option again.  Even though it appears to cancel the data in the query string filter (bottom filter), the exported PDF honors the filter that the user manually selects (top filter).
