Hi @QBeune

 

Does the issue happen to one specific report on Power BI service or all reports? Please test again to check if the issue still occurs.

 

You can also open the same report in Power BI desktop and export to PDF to see if the exported PDF can be generated fine.

I too have this problem. (Please let me know if this should be raised as a separate issue)

 

I can export to PDF from powerBI Desktop but I cannot do this from the web service. This is a new problem as I have previously been able to export to PDF without any problems.

 

My colleague is still able to explort to PDF from web service.

 

Here is the error log I get...
