PBI "Refresh now" doesn't stop

When I start refresh, it doesn't stop from midnight to morning and then shown triangle error.

it works fine from last week, start happening from 3 days ago.

To refresh the report, needs to refresh from PBI Desktop, delete the old report and republish new report. Always do that to get fresh data.

Which data source does the report get data from? Which connection mode do you use? 

Please go to Refresh History, find the failed refresh record, click Show button to find detail information. Please share these information with us.

Hi Yu, thanks for the respond.

Data source coming from Folder/File, which On Premise Data Gateway is installed. Connection from Data Gateway is online, but when hits Refresh it keeps loading.
