PBI Service is not loading at all

Hi 

 

I'm having problems with my report, i'm not able to publish any of them and the reports that i have already online I can not see them because they are not loading

Hi @Anonymous, 

 

Was there any error message displaying when you published the report or access the report online? Was the reports residing in a premium app workspace? 

 

May I know your Power BI tenant location

Our company was having similar issues on Friday May 31st, 2019. We have multiple premium workspaces and all were affected. Seems like there was an issue at Microsoft.

Hi @twinrabbits

 

Yeas, it's a known issue on last Friday (Some Premium capacity customers in the North Central US region may experience intermittent issues accessing reports. Report content does not load and shows in progress icon and keeps spining. ). The issue is fixed now, please test again.
