PBI Service NOT loading anything

On North Central region non of the Reports are loading.

Hello all,

 

@Anonymous  Our Import Reports are now working, but still have issues with the Direct Query Reports.

May need to force the connection again. Any suggestions.

Hello @v-yulgu-msft ,

Issue was fix only for import based Reports, but still failing on Direct Query Reports.

Please let us know if anything else can be done in our side. This reports are used in daily maintenance task and being Off Line much time by now, affecting floor support.

Any help will be greatly appreciate.

Today morning we did a last try restarting the server where our On Premises Gateway is running. After that the Direct Query Reports started working again.

Everything looks to be working smoothly, so far.
