PBI Navigation API Failing Will Not Render First Report Selected

We use the PBI API navigation in our embedded instance. We updated to the Chrome version to 101.0.4951.67 and are no longer able to navigate to the first report selected within the PBI report. We have many reports so we see this issue often. Any suggestions on how to manage this change would be helful.

Are you using the Page navigation APIs(Page navigation in a Power BI embedded analytics application. | Microsoft Docs)? If you do the test in Power BI Embedded playground for your report, will you see the same problem?
