PBI Desktop messing up query groups and status

Currently using 2.86.727.0 64-bit (October 2020). This issue was first experienced with the Sep 2020 update. What happens is my query groups get messed up (ie: the queries all get removed from their query group and placed under the Other Queries folder) and all queries "Enable Load" and "Include in report refresh" settings get reset to enabled/checked.

I have tested on my side, it works well.

try to reorganize them and save the pbix file, now open the pbix file if it works well or mess up?
