PBI Desktop March 2020 Ribbon Bug

Downloaded the March update today

Installed

Opened

 

All Ribbons are empty outside of the Home Menu.

File menu - Empty

Help menu - Empty

There is no minimise, maxmise or close buttons in the right hands side to close the window.

Hi @shaunwilks, 

 

I'm not able to reproduce the issue with Power BI desktop version 2.79.5768.721 64-bit (March 2020). Please check minimum requirements based on this document. Also please run the Power BI Desktop as administrator to see if the same issue occurs.

My laptop meets the minimum requirements. 

I have been using PowerBi on my laptop for 18 months.

 

The version I rolled back to was July 2020.

Its a Windows 7 machine, 

Plenty of RAM.

Running at a resolution as per the requirements.

 

Rebooted, Ran as Admin same problem.

 

Uninstalled, renamed folder, reinstalled and same problem

 

Obviously has to do with the latest Ribbon
