PBI Dashboard-tiles infocus link navigates to bad landing page saying "Dashboard does not exist"

Hi,

I created a dashboard and inserted few tiles(each tile filtered by region name) .

We give the above dashboard tile infocus link to a c# tool which takes snapshot of it and sends email.

It was working absolutely fine , but now the infocus URL link lands to a  bad image saying "We couldn't find that dashboard" as below and hence the snapshot taken by tool is also bad.

Hi @v-mohsar,

What does "infocus URL link" mean? Is it a dashboard URL? 

Are you able to view the dashboard after you sign in Power BI service?
