Option to export list of users who have access to Power BI reports

Hi Team,

Currently I don't see an option to export a list of users who have access like Member, Admin, Contributor under Manage Permissions section under settings for a premium workspace
This feature is needed as there is lot of manual work involved in case one wants that list.
Export to excel/csv would be a great help to all fellow developers.

Kind Regards,
Radhika Malani

Status: Investigating

Currently we can export workspace list and all users in Power BI Service by PowerShell cmdlet, please refer these threads which introduce it in details:

  1. exporting List of Workspaces and all users to excel
  2. How to extract all PowerBI users and workspace access using the PowerBI API or Azure Portal?

If you only want to export special access users from workspaces, perhaps you can create a new idea here.

It is a place for customers provide feedback about Microsoft Office products . What’s more, if a feedback is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.

Hi, Team,

ideal would  be to integrate this as another table into the usage reports for each tenant. So, rtahrer than using other tools and services again (API, Azure etc), Power BI admins could simply use the dataset of the usage report to get a full set of information for all users, access rights etc.
