Open in Content Area not working

While setting up an app to publish, I am met in the navigation pane with the option to insert a link.

Then, after specifying the url, I can choose open in content area

When I choose this option, I am unable to get anything to show.

The error "community.powerbi.com refused to connect" appears.

I am able to get the links to work if I do not choose the option to open in content area.

I am trying to get a dashboard url to work, but it wont work with any url, regardless of whether or not it  is an embedded link, a power bi link, or any website.

Please help.

@Anonymous ,

Are you going to embed power bi report on third-party app? What have you done before this issue occurred? Could you show more details?

This is not a 3rd party app I am talking about.  This is a app which is tied to a workspace.

I have seen this also.

I suspect its a security issue with the website being linked, does anyone know of a work around that still keeps it in the Conent Area?
