Gateway is running, credentials are updated.
Sources: mix of on-prem analysis service, dataflows and sharepoint files.
Desktop updates without issues.
Both scheduled jobs and "refresh now" in the services gives the above error?
What to do?

Is there a way to submit a ticket from Power BI? I always click on the "Submit an Issue" link in Power BI service but it brings me to the community forum no matter what. Am I doing something wrong?

Same problem here (Europe) as described... Ticket created and see when Microsoft will be answer.
[update 24/09] yesterday Microsoft Support answered my ticket. They asked me to send diagnostics log files generated by the gateway and we've planned a conf-call in a few days after they will have analyze logs.

I have the same issue here. I have Pro account and have created a ticket for the same on 4th September 2020.
Microsoft Support had taken my system and checked the errors. They acknowledged that the issue is faced by many users.
Yesterday (23rd Sept 2020), Microsoft responded that they have resolved the issue. Same is now working on Power BI refresh
