This morning all refreshes through our on-premise gateway have failed. When we try to manage the gateway, we receive this error.
I know that this is affecting not just ourselves (https://www.reddit.com/r/PowerBI/comments/r84cr4/all_gateways_suddenly_down_and_unusable/)
Can you please investigate?

Have found this error message internal based on the information: PowerBIErrorCode: UnknownError
Perhaps you can check whether it is a temporary issue or continous issue in Power BI Service.
Also, you can try to check your gateway status on gateway app or try to update/re-install the gateway to the latest version and re-configure the data souce in gateway settings to check it again.
