On Premises Data Gateway (Personal Mode) Activation Fail

Hi,

Trying to install the personal gateway for refreshing a report automatically and getting an error when entering details: Error generating an asymmetric key.

I have updated .net, renamed the rsa folder and the crypto folder, and tried restarting, removing and reinstalling each time without success. Is there anything else i can try?

The gudance on this page doesnt cover this error: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/service-admin-troubleshooting-power-bi-person...

The full error text is:
