'OCIEnvCreate failed

I tried to connect power bi to oracle database 12c. The complete error was:

 

  • 'OCIEnvCreate failed with return code -1 but error message text was not available.'

This issue seems to be more related to oracle side. Please check if you have installed oracle completely. For troubleshooting, you may refer to OCI String Function in link below:
