November Update Drill Down Issue - Visual Level Filters

Running into a new behavior with a report bar chart after the November update that is causing our organization issues.

The bar chart has a visual level filter by Region in its first open state:

This is visual level filter that is limiting Region upon first loading the report. This is visual level filter that is limiting Region upon first loading the report.

After the new update, when a user toggles on the drill down function to show L5 Customer level of the hierarchy, it no longer provides just the name of the L5, but rather a concatenated L2 then L5.  In this instance "Walmart Sams Walmart" and then "Walmart Sams Sams" rather than just showing the user "Walmart" or "Sams" for the second level of the hierarchy. With little control of the label/bar real estate usage, this leads to a confusing visual. Adjusting the font level to 8 still did not make room for the customer name in this example:

After drilling down, the visual level filters now show two different L2 Region Filters, one with the drill down item and one with the originally loaded filters:

If the Visual Level filter that is present at load is removed prior to drill down, the function works as it has previously. Developers need the ability to filter visuals AND provide the capability to Drill Down with clear labels in visuals. This new behavior is not an acceptable drill down functionality and I am hoping to confirm this is a bug that will be fixed.

Could you please share a sample PBIX file which can be used to repro through online file service like OneDrive?
