Notifications not working on GCC tenant

We have tested Alerts and Comment Tags and neither of these show in our notifications. We do get the emails from both but not the Notifications. 

This is preventing our push notifications from working among other things.

I can view messages in the Notification Center. If it persists, just create a support ticket for assistance.
