Not receiving email on Alert

did not get an email from my dashboard alert today

 

The alert has been set up for several weeks and a notification shows for it in the service and I did receive an alert on the Power BI APP on my phone, but neither myself nor colleagues received our emails today.

My colleague's email came through for the alert at 12:28 this afternoon. The actual alert was at at 05:27 this morning.

 

My alert has still not come through.

I received my own alert email at 13:44

Today,  my colleague and I both got 2 emails, one at 05:52 and one at 06:58!

I notice there is a similar issue regarding "Subscription service not sending emails" earlier this week
