Please check if the zendesk credential and the zendesk url you have input are valid. In addtion, if this issue persists, could you please click the "show" button in details and post the detail error message?
Hello Jimmy, thanks for helping.I've checked the Zendesk URL and credentials, and they are both correct. I even tryed connecting the dataset once again, but it didn't work.
For some reason even the error messages they sent after each try are different from each other. I'm sending the "show" prints for all of them.
