Not been able to replicate an Azure Dev Ops Query in Power BI

Hey Guys!:

I'm gtrying to replicate a query from Azure Dev Ops in Power BI. II'm using the exact fields because I have connected to the Azure Dev Ops instance. However when I created the exact query the results are not the same:

 In ADO the totals = 93

IN PBI the totals =  247

This is the query in Azuer Dev Ops:

It seems like in the filter pane of power bi and Azure Dev Ops. Conditions like "Work item type" and  "Closed Date" are not same.
