Not able to update App

I am not able to give access to any new member. When i add thier email id and press update app. it is show me the below error.

Failed to publish app.
Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details.

Hi @unnijoy,

 

Please try to check if below steps works on your side: 

 

1. Find the dashboards that includes live report pages, and excluded these dashboards from the content list. 2. Then update the app, you should be able to update the app now.

3. Go back to the content list of the app workspace, and include the previously excluded dashboards.

4 Then update the app again.
