Not able to reset password

I am not able  to reset my password. It is showing contact to administrator, but  hav

You need to contact the admin to change password in admin portal.

Hi, Thanks. But i dont know who is the admin, as my organisation is having around 3-4 accounts created themselves, but dont know wh is administrator.

Can you help me?
