Not able to publish "Update App"

Hi

 

I am not able to "Update App" in Power BI Service. Not able to publish today. See error message:

I tried again to update a report from powerbi desktop to powerbi service, but I receive a strange error.

The system says that I don't have access to the workspace... but I don't understand because I'm the administrator!!!
